Second Online Partners’ Meeting Held
The Erasmus+ cooperation project “Youth for Climate Action with Gender Equality (Y-CHANGE)” held its second online partners’ meeting on 30 January 2026, bringing together partner organisations from Poland, Greece, Turkey, Hungary and Denmark.
During the meeting, partners reviewed the progress made so far, discussed management and communication procedures, exchanged views on project visibility, and aligned on the upcoming implementation steps. Special attention was given to project coordination, digital tools, and preparation for the next transnational meeting.
About the Project
Y-CHANGE aims to empower young people in climate action and gender equality through digital tools, sustainable entrepreneurship and leadership activities. The project promotes awareness, innovation and active citizenship, equipping young people with the skills needed to drive environmental and social change at local, national and European levels.
Planned Activities
The project will implement:
Climate & Gender Labs and Hackathons
A Green Entrepreneurship Incubator for young changemakers
A Digital Innovation Hub including a multilingual platform and mobile application
Online trainings for youth workers
Digital advocacy campaigns and policy dialogue activities
These activities will ensure long-term impact and mainstreaming of project results.
Expected Results
150+ young people trained in climate and gender advocacy
20+ youth-led sustainable initiatives launched
500+ young people engaged through digital platforms
50+ youth workers trained
5 national events and 1 European policy forum organised
Digital tools, guides and educational resources remaining available beyond the project duration
